Tonight I photographed a wedding with a friend, Wendy Martin. We had a blast. The wedding took place in Northville, MI in a beautiful church. Both the ceremony and the reception were held there. The bride, Kristen, was absolutely stunning as were the brides maids. The sun was out and there was beautiful light all day long. Another superb wedding…gotta love it!
The details…
I tried the rings a lot of ways…here’s a couple.
Kristen’s eyes were piercing…
And the make-up artist was phenomenal…
A few final tweaks…
Some shots of Kristen in some tasty light…mmmmmm
The ladies!
Father and daughter…somewhere in there.
Husband and wife.
I was a big fan of the brides maids bouquets…very classy.
Yup, they’re married!
The groom havin’ a little fun.
Mr. Blue-Eyes looking all dapper in his little get-up.
I didn’t win 🙁
A little Cupid Shuffle anyone?
A little alone time for some portraits and…
Kisses.
And more kisses.
And even more kisses. With this one, I tried it two ways, one a little moody and one with a texture taken from the floor of the church…I like it!
I took a real quick shot of Wendy for her website and blog…doesn’t she look great? Wendy has a great eye and an awesome personality and I think she’s on her way to being an excellent photographer. Check out her blog!
