Wedding: Molly + Jon

Molly and Jon were the second couple I had the honor of photographing on Saturday.  Ironically, their ceremony took place at the First United Methodist Church in Chelsea, like Kathy and Joe’s did earlier that day.  Their uber-fun reception took place at the U. A. Local 190 Union Hall just west of Chelsea.  The hall was decorated in a super fun fashion with plenty of things for the eyes to wander to…with lots of purple.  I photographed Molly and Jon’s engagement session last Thursday and seeing them again all schnazzified so soon, was great!  Molly and Jon were easy going and enjoyed themselves as well as the friends and family surrounding them on their big day.  Daughter, Samantha looked adorable in her little dress and the father/daughter dance was a little more special, since both Molly and Jon were out on the dance floor.  I enjoyed capturing their wedding so much and feel so blessed I had the opportunity to do so.  It was a perfect end to my double wedding day.  Thank you for letting me be there!

 My friend and fellow photographer, Delia came along to help me out and I had a great time shooting with her.  Delia shoots with Anne Ruthmann quite a bit and has a personality that just makes me laugh…thanks!

I was also a huge fan of the vest/tie combo the father of the bride was sporting.  I don’t usually like brown and black together, but it SO worked…

 I loved the colors at Molly and Jon’s wedding too!  I guess June 21st was the day of killer color.

Samantha carried this little froggy that held the rings as well as this cute floral wreath.
