I came into contact with Lindsay through one of my weddings from last year, Zayna + Rani. I knew if she was friends with them, that documenting their day would be a blast. Well, I was right! Everything about their day was fun and a great way to celebrate the start of their lives as husband and wife. Lindsay and her mom did an amazing job putting together everything so quickly…nicely done ladies. Lindsay also picked a great place for some beautiful shots of her and her new husband, Van Hoosen farm. I hope you enjoy your pics as much as I did taking them 🙂
Holly and George were married in August on a very chilly day. Fortunately everyone was in good spirits to kick of their marriage with a bang and celebrate with the newly weds. They both have great style and I loved Holly’s elegant look and George’s simple black suit. Enjoy your pics!

I love these pictures. I am so happy for the both of you.
Love ya! -
Beautiful couple. Loved the outside shots. They look so relaxed and so happy. That’s what it’s all about. I LOVED the grooms red socks too!!
Regina and Blaise have so much fun together, so it was no surprise when they told me they were going to have dueling piano’s at the reception and I have to say, I haven’t seen a crowd of people move like they did when those piano’s were rockin’! One of my favorite things from their day, was all the smiles that I saw anywhere I looked. Yes, I see tons of smiles when I photograph weddings, but for some reason, I just noticed them more and it made me smile myself…love it! Regina went to high school in the same city I did and also had the ceremony at a church in Saline, which was a little nostalgic. It was nice to go back to my old stomping grounds, especially with people that “stomped” around with me. All in all a very fresh and energetic day. Thank you for making it so easy for everyone to have fun you two!
And because I couldn’t pick just a few of this super fun crowd…

Amazing pictures! Regina, you look gorgeous.
It was a dark and dingy day when I met up with Erin + Nic for their Ann Arbor engagement session. It may have been dark and dingy AND wet, but it was one of the good types of dark and dingy…I loved it! It definitely added a different feel to the day, a very unique/autumn’s around the corner feel. Needless to say, we had some good times and managed to take advantage of the moody light we were given. Fittingly so, since Erin + Nic are getting hitched on on of my favorite days of the year, which also happens to be my moms birthday…Halloween! To end our evening, we went to yet another of my fav places to eat…The Blue Tractor…how I love their mac n’ cheese. Thanks for rocking these out you two and you know I’m stoked for your big day!
