I met up with Trudy and Tom where they live in Dexter.  We shot around Dexter Village for a little while before changing and heading out to some gorgeous land a little outside of town where Tom works.  They will be getting married this winter and I look forward to taking many more pics of them.  Thank you for picking such great locations you two!

It was a dark and dingy day when I met up with Erin + Nic for their Ann Arbor engagement session.  It may have been dark and dingy AND wet, but it was one of the good types of dark and dingy…I loved it!  It definitely added a different feel to the day, a very unique/autumn’s around the corner feel.  Needless to say, we had some good times and managed to take advantage of the moody light we were given.  Fittingly so, since Erin + Nic are getting hitched on on of my favorite days of the year, which also happens to be my moms birthday…Halloween!  To end our evening, we went to yet another of my fav places to eat…The Blue Tractor…how I love their mac n’ cheese.  Thanks for rocking these out you two and you know I’m stoked for your big day!

Cheryl and Matt are getting married this weekend.  I met the two of them at Starbucks for the first time, right before their session and got very excited after talking to them for a little bit.  After shooting around Ann Arbor for a couple hours, we went and grabbed some food from one of my fav restaurants in the area, Grizzly Peak.  I’m looking forward to photographing these two again Saturday…yet another awesome couple!

A few weeks back I met up with Krissy and Steve and their dog Cody for a relaxed e-session.  Krissy, Steve, and I clicked right away, even if Cody seemed to be deathly afraid of my camera.  I was able to use a spot I’ve had my eye on for quite a while now and I think it ended up being a great place to end the session.  I’m super excited for their wedding coming up in a few weeks.  Thanks for being such a blast to photograph…see you two soon!
