In the great words of Mugatu, “Kendall and Ryan, so HOTT right now.”  That they are fashion genius, that they are!  I met up with Kendall and Ryan in Northville at the much photographed Mill Race.  It was my first time there and I can see why many people use it for all types of photos.  We had great weather…it was nice and fall like with overcast sky’s, which most of the time I love because it shows the truest color and just looks awesome.  Kendall and Ryan have to be some of the most photogenic people I have photographed and not only that, but they are so much fun and did I mention smokin’ HOTT.  This is one of the three e-sessions I’m doing with them and I can’t wait for the winter session.  I will warn you, there is a bunch of kissing…a bunch.  Maybe this should be called just that, a kissing session.  You can tell they adore one another and it was so cute to see their interaction from afar as well as up close.  Thank you two so much for being so warm and fun to photograph, I feel so fortunate to be the one to tell the story of your wedding day.  Enjoy the pics!

This is Kendall and Ryan…

They’re in love…

Can ya tell?  SMOKIN’!!!!

Kendall, I had to post this one…look how hott your man looks!

Need I say more?  Kendall’s laugh….PRICELESS!

Love birds…

Who doesn’t love this tree?

Is it hott in here or is it just them?

So that’s what love looks like.

Nice portrait.

Love it!

Kendall, you were right.

One of my faves!

Can ya feel the love?

Kendall, I promise you look great here…just ask Ryan.

Ooooh, another fav!

Best laugh, great couple!

Kissin in the woods…

I love it when we find stuff with the couples names on it.

Blue wall = VERY NICE!

So cute.

I love fall colors….stay color, STAY!

Dear Burnt Wooden Door between Giant Cobblestones,

I love you and want you to come with me everywhere I go!

Love,

ME

Can we say favorite?!?

By themselves, they are rather good looking…

Together, they’re just outright gorgeous!

Thank you, thank you, thank you, I look forward to seeing you again!

Last Thursday after hanging out and shooting with the ‘famous’ Kenny Kim, I met up with Tricia and Kevin downtown to shoot their e-session.  It was a bit on the chilly time, so they had to keep taking their coats on and off, but we had a nice time.  Right from the get-go, we got some great shots, thanks to Kevin’s crazy nice smile and a lovely ability to conceal stains on his shirt.  It was nice to get to talk with them for a third time and get some of the camera jitters out so we can rock their wedding pics.  The two are getting hitched next August a few miles away from downtown.  It’s going to be oodles of fun and I really can’t wait to see them all fancified!  Thanks you two!

On my way back home from photographing an awesome wedding with the crazy talented Jonathan Thrasher on the West side of the state, I stopped in East Lansing to meet up with Raechel and Josh to photograph their engagement session.  They are getting hitched this weekend in Oscoda, MI.  This was my first time meeting the two and I don’t think it could have been any better.  They rock the his-ouse and are so sweet, genuine and SO awesome together.  Raechel told me they connected through eHarmony and all I have to say is, “Way to go eHarmony!”  Raechel, Josh, Oscar (their doggy) and I went to MSU‘s campus to take some fun pics and the evening was so perfect.  We walked around the campus for a little while photographing in some very ‘cozy’ places before going out to dinner.  Dinner was great, although I can’t remember the name of the place.  I am so stoked for their wedding this weekend.  Enjoy the pics you two…you guys are way fantastical!

The lovable Oscar…

Some great pics of the fam down by the river.

Who doesn’t love a little flare every now and then?!?

Peek-a-boo!

“Hi, we’re Raechel and Josh.”

“And we’re cute…squared!”

“Or is it cubed…I can’t remember?”

I think this is Josh’s ‘I love you’ face?

Had to use the water fountain!

Could Raechel’s expression be any more perfect?                             NOPE!

Who knew MSU has a savannah on campus?

The good boy Oscar waiting patiently for his ‘pets’.

A handsome boy gives a pretty girl a pretty flower…

But where does a pretty girl put the pretty flower?

It’s a Kodak moment…I mean Nikon moment…

Thanks for rockin’ this session you two!

Last Monday I was in the windy city to photograph Zayna and Rani’s engagement session as well as to attend the kick-butt Free to Succeed Tour with DJ and J*.  Unfortunately, my train was delayed by 7 hours, so instead of starting at 5 like we planned, we started around 7:15.  All things considered, we had a great time and it was so nice to hang out with Zayna and Rani and experience Chicago in true fashion.  Rani told me their engagement story and lets just say, he went through a tedious process to ask Zayna to marry him…he’s a keeper!  We rushed around a little bit of the city from the waterfront, to Buckingham Fountain, to Michigan Ave and the Navy Pier.  We worked up quite an appetite during the shoot, so we ventured on down to Greektown and had some great food (don’t forget the feta) at Santorini.

It was an awesome experience for me to enjoy the city in such a unique way and I hope to be able to do it again!  Zayna and Rani are a ridiculously good looking couple and their wedding is going to be so much fun to document next month!!  For the first image of the other night, check my post from last Monday…kissing in the middle of Michigan Ave.  Here’s some more saweet images!!!

Hmmmm, what city is that?  Chitown baby!!!

I told you they were riduculously good looking…I mean HOTT!!

Love this one!

Here’s another from Michigan Ave…

I’m pretty sure those are the coolest sunglasses ever!

LOVE the skyline at night!!!

I now see what all the talk is about with the Navy Pier…

Now that’s love!

Don’t get too dizzy!

Seriously!

Zayna and Rani, you guys rock and we’re going to have so many good times on your big day and I can’t wait to photograph you again…THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY TRIP TO CHICAGO WAAAY COOLER!!!!!
