While photographing Jessica + Eric’s engagement session this evening, I saw these two birds. I now see why there are so many people that go “birding.”

Just a quick update on the life of me 🙂 I flew into New York today from Boston where I was photographing the super cute Stefanie + Thomas’ wedding. I will be in the Manhattan area for a week for a couple shoots and PhotoExpo, which I am making a yearly thing. If you are in the area and want to hook up, send me an e-mail and we can set something up. I’m staying with my brother right across the Hudson in Long Island City with a sweet view of the Manhattan skyline. I love New York in the fall!
So the new Muse album “The Resistance” came out today and I downloaded it at 8am and have listened to it once and am currently listening to it for the second time. I LOVE IT!!! If you enjoy Muse’s other albums, you will not be disappointed at all with this one. They definitely evolved as a band and in their sound…at times they remind me just a little bit of Queen, which of course is a good thing. You should buy their album now…I’m just sayin’…
While sitting in front of the computer this evening, I got a pretty bad headache, so I decided to go out and take a few pics. I love the cool weather we’ve had lately and what better way to enjoy it, than on U of M‘s campus. I went downtown and grabbed a few shots at the Law Quad and a place I have never photographed, the Ross School of Business, which has an absolutely amazing building. The way there and back, I listened to WEMU 89.1 that plays some excellent jazz. Such a peaceful evening enjoying Ann Arbor and all that it offers…there’s no place like home 🙂
